All items will be tested and inspected by the customer in our showroom for as long as the customer desires to ensure the item(s) they are interested in are to their satisfaction. Since most of our items are tested before the sale occurs, we do not advertise any of our items as brand new. All products sold by Best Deal In Town carry a minimum of a 90 day warranty from date of sale unless otherwise noted on the sales receipt. Any physical damage is not covered by this 90 day exchange warranty (If your TV is having an internal problem within the first 90 days, we will replace it with the same or similar model). One of the reasons we are able to keep our prices low is the fact that Best Deal In Town does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds unless authorized by a manager. If a return is authorized, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. While some televisions may come with a manufacturer's warranty, Best Deal In Town does not guarantee, express, or imply any manufacturer's warranty. The customer may be able to buy an extended warranty on their purchase to increase their protection. The customer should understand that the product they are purchasing may or may not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer does honor a warranty on the product(s) purchased, the accompanying receipt will serve as the proof of purchase. The customer accepts any risk(s) associated with their purchase.
